Mirror Finish surface.
System consists of
1) DURATEC COATINGS- A unique technology in the form of an
air-cure polyester / vinyl ester system specifically
designed for the speed of spray application. And
2) AQUA-BUFF COMPOUNDS AND POLISH – Compliments Duratec
coatings. These Water based, silicone or solvent free
compounds remove scratches and gives swirl-mark free finish
with ultimate shine to composite masters, moulds and
components.
APPLICATIONS
Surfacing of Plugs/patterns – Free of
undulations, extremely smooth, very low
porosity surface that provides an excellent
release.
Resurfacing & Repairs of mould tools – Removal of star cracks, Brings mould surface to high gloss.
In-mold priming for post-painted FRP components.
Repairs & Resurfacing – Marine Composites - Blister Repairs & Osmosis Resistant Surface.
